Access Your Environment

Your facilitator will hand out login credentials on paper.

Task 1 — Sign In

  1. Open a browser and go to businesscentral.dynamics.com
  2. Sign in using the credentials provided
  3. You should land on the Business Central home page (Role Centre)

You can see the Business Central Role Centre and your company name appears in the top navigation bar.

Stuck?

  • Make sure the URL includes your environment name — it should be businesscentral.dynamics.com/<environmentname>, not just the base URL
  • Make sure you are using the credentials exactly as provided — check for capital letters and spaces
  • Try an InPrivate / Incognito window if your browser auto-fills a different account
  • Ask your facilitator for help
